Now only if BSNL people knew as much about their own 3G service (believe me, go to a BSNL office and ask them about their 3G service) or took only as much pain to advertise the service (I don't think even half of BSNL's customers, leave alone the customers of other operators know about 3G) , BSNL's fortunes would have been much better than what it is at present. Inspite of being the sole provider of 3G services in several circles, BSNL is loosing market share, another example of Government Sector's apathy.
